On November 5th 2002 a small Irish iced drinks company received a phone call from a big Hollywood studio asking if their machines and products could be supplied to a new movie they were making. Two weeks later the owner of the company was on the set of Dumb and Dumber(er) in Atlanta Georgia. Machines, products and artwork had been air freighted from Ireland. When the film was released the following June the story of a small Irish company who got a big break in Tinseltown became headline news. Over the following 7 years and 27 trips to Los Angeles Slushee became one of the top Irish brands to be product placed on Movies, TV Shows and Music Videos.
